Level 1

The course lasts one day. It depends on the number of applicants. In this course you will learn the basics of working in a sauna, making homemade smoke bundles and smoke piles.

The course duration is from 9:00 to 17:00.

The ideal number is 10-15, maximum 20 people.

You will learn how to handle whisks, how to prepare them and how to care for them. The course includes working with herbal bundles, fresh and dried herbs for perfuming the sauna.

The final skill is performing a banya ceremony - a natural ceremony in which you warm guests in the sauna with whisks, during the ceremony you use only natural scents and smokes.

You will be a sauna master who can prepare and create the greatest natural sauna experience.

The course ends with a demonstration of your knowledge and then receiving an international certificate from World Banya Association.

Level 2

The course is a free continuation after level 1. Here you will learn how to perform a whisk massage on the client's body, lasting 30 minutes.

This course lasts two days, the ideal number is 10, maximum 15 people.

During the course, you will learn how to prepare your whisks, choose the right whisks, and expand your knowledge about the types of whisks and their use in the sauna and on the client.

You will learn about work safety, protecting your health and the health of the client, we will teach you where there are dangerous points on the body that must not be massaged, but we will also teach you massage grips so that your hands do not hurt from the weight of the whisks.

You will learn how to properly warm up and cool down the client's body, as well as how to protect yourself from high heat and health risks. We will teach you first aid for nausea and what are the contraindications for whisk massage in the sauna.

The course ends with a demonstration of your knowledge and then receiving an international certificate from World Banya Association. 

Level 3

This course is the most demanding of the three levels. It lasts a minimum of two days and is the final stage of banya education.

Here you will become a complete banya professional.

This course is the most demanding of all three levels. It is a continuation of the previous courses. It lasts at least two days and is the final stage of banya education.

Here you will become a complete professional in the field of banya.

You will learn how to perform a private one-hour whisking procedure.

Experience and skills in the preparation of home peeling (including collecting herbs), birch hammam and shampoo and their application to the client's body.

Learning and performing ASMR techniques to relax the client and feel "goosebumps".

Theoretical and practical part of the honey massage theory: body anatomy, contraindications, application, body detoxification, meaning and benefits.

Knowledge and skills of other massage tools that can be included in the one-hour procedure.

This level is concluded with a theoretical and practical exam of your knowledge and skills. The exam is not at all difficult, it only serves to check your knowledge and skills, and to provide possible corrections and re-teaching. We want you to become a true banya master, whom no one and nothing can surprise :)
